31 Day Ab Challenge: The GOALS


With every challenge, I like to offer some goal building alongside the actual fitness challenge. Because we should constantly be evolving by setting goals, crushing goals and working towards becoming BETTER day by day. 

For me personally, I like to set monthly goals and break them down into manageable chunks!

Use this guide below to create some new goals for your 31 Day Challenge. Write them down and keep them in a place you see often (a journal, your notes, screenshot + put as your phone background, etc).
