It's hard to believe we are 6 months (and more) into the year. CRAZY. I wanted to start this forum so we can chat about the challenge and drop and any all thoughts for extra motivation!
I find it so helpful to talk openly about the struggles AND the successes when it comes to fitness (and life). Feel free to drop a comment with your or chime in with any questions you may have!
For me in 2025 - my biggest struggle has been staying CONSISTENT. This is the most I have ever traveled in my life and while I continually stay active, it's been very hard for me to stick with my normal routine and I THRIVE with routine!
But on the flip side... my SUCCESS is that I am giving myself grace to not be perfect and find joy in daily movement even if it isn't going to the gym every single day.
