SETTING GOALS



When you join the Move Like Morgan community, my hope is that you can constantly be working to improve yourself and reach new goals. Consider me to be your Internet BFF who wants the best for you and wants to challenge you to be better every single day.

Whenever I start a new month, I like to set goals for myself and break them down into categories. Then, at the end of each month, I can look back and see what I accomplished!

With my app subscription, you can constantly be creating new goals, commenting them & checking in with your fit fam to hold yourself (and others!) accountable.
