My "Go To" Healthy Snack Ideas



Short on time and need something you can GRAB and GO? Here are some of my favorite snack ideas for my fellow busy bees out there. 

IDEAS:

  • Rice cake + almond butter & berries
  • Chomps beef jerky
  • Trail mix
  • Almonds
  • Apple + almond butter
  • Greek yogurt 
  • Popcorn 
  • Koia protein shakes (you can get at most grocery stores)
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • String cheese 
  • Turkey rollups - Deli meat, cheese, tomato + lettuce.. roll and eat!
  • Veggies + hummus 
  • Mini sweet peppers + Everything But The Bagel dip from Trader Joes (or Tzatziki dip)
