Did you know that it’s commonly recommended that you drink eight 8- ounce (237-mL) glasses of water per day and proper hydration can be linked to improved memory, higher energy and better digestion?

(For me, I base mine off my Stanley tumbler and my goal is FOUR tumblers a day! That's about 40 oz each.)
