Short on time and need something you can GRAB and GO? Here are some of my favorite snack ideas for my fellow busy bees out there.
IDEAS:
- Rice cake + almond butter & berries
- Chomps beef jerky
- Trail mix
- Almonds
- Apple + almond butter
- Greek yogurt
- Popcorn
- Koia protein shakes (you can get at most grocery stores)
- Hard boiled eggs
- String cheese
- Turkey rollups - Deli meat, cheese, tomato + lettuce.. roll and eat!
- Veggies + hummus
- Mini sweet peppers + Everything But The Bagel dip from Trader Joes (or Tzatziki dip)
