For my buffalo chicken lovers, this is a yummy spin on a classic chicken salad recipe (plus high protein and healthy with a greek yogurt swap).
I like to add it to a lettuce wrap for a little extra crunch, or if I am craving a sandwhich, I will add it on top of whole wheat toast. Y'ALL. It is so good.
