31 Day Ab Challenge... Start Here!


Hey fit fam!

Ready for another mini challenge?

For this month (or starting whenever YOU want), I wanted to challenge you to do 31 days of ABS. That's the question I get asked the most... "what can I do to tone my stomach?"

Well that is exactly what we are going to do, folks! (In addition to eating clean #majorkey)

Every single day, you will be challenged to complete 30 minutes of movement MINIMUM. That can be anything from one of my HIIT workouts, a gym sesh, walking or even a 12-3-30 on the treadmill (12 Incline, 3 speed, 30 minutes).

Once you complete your workout, you will then complete your 31 DAY AB CHALLENGE. It will consist of 5 simple moves + a 1 minute plank. Each day and week, the reps and time will increase until you are at day 31 and feeling OH SO STRONG. You core will be saying thank you for keeping it nice & toned too!

Beyond working out, I have to stress to you all that ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN! While we can challenge ourselves to 31 days of core work... If you don't clean up your diet... you won't see any changes. If you need some recipe inspo, make sure to check out that section in my app! All macro freindly and made under 30 minutes... so you have no excuses ;)

In addition to your nutrition, your water intake is so important on your fitness journey and can make a HUGE difference with the results you see. Did you know that proper hydration has been linked to better portion control and improved weight loss results? I encourage you to set a goal for how many ounces of water you want to drink in a day and track it daily. For me... I aim to drink THREE 40 oz bottles (3 of my Stanley tumblers to be exact).

You will also have the option to hold yourself accountable for your nutrition each day by checking one of the boxes.
